Warren Morten

Mr. Morten’s career began as a transactional associate affording him significant experience in several complex commercial transactions. He then transitioned to a litigation at a busy complex business litigation firm in Irvine, giving him a tremendous amount litigation and trial experience. Thereafter, and prior to starting Morten & Fairchild, PC, Warren worked as AGC for a multinational sales, marketing, and manufacturing company with over $2.5B in annual revenue.
Mr. Morten’s clients often refer to him as “counselor,” because rather than simply getting the services of a dry, detached attorney, they understand and appreciate that they are in a partnership with a trusted friend who boasts an impressive combination of business and legal acumen, and who will competently and confidently advise them on how to achieve better productivity, growth, and peace of mind in their business objectives. Whether he is advising large businesses looking to mitigate risk, protecting an owner’s intellectual property interests, or taking a rough idea for a business venture and making it a profitable reality, Mr. Morten provides personal, warm, and practical counsel to each of his clients.
Outside the office, Mr. Morten enjoys spending his time with his wife, Nikki, and two children Dina and Zalman. He also enjoys a good round of golf, tennis match, surfing session, basketball game, or fishing trip, and he relishes his time in the kitchen, cooking for family and friends.
